The business was formed in 1966 by Eddie Brockhill, predominately repairing Massey Fergusson Tractors. The business then moved to the existing site in 1968 where it started supplying New Massey Fergusson tractors as a ‘Sub Dealer’ and other new farm machines.
Brockhills were appointed as main dealer for Universal Tractors in 1975, then as Fendt main dealer in 1978. Peter Swales purchased the business from Eddie in 2007, changing the trading name to Brockhills of Yorkshire. Land adjacent to the existing building where purchased in 2014.
Work then started on the new building on November 2014. Brockhills commenced trading from the new building late 2015.
Working closely with Fendt UK our trading area now extends from York up to Newcastle.
